At The Heritage Rehabilitation and Health Care Center, located in the heart of Boro Park, we help individuals restore mobility, strength, and confidence. Our comprehensive subacute rehab program offers personalized physical, occupational, and speech therapy to support recovery after orthopedic surgery, stroke, or cardiac and pulmonary conditions. Therapy is available seven days a week, aimed at achieving the highest level of independence possible.
Our staff treats each person with dignity and compassion, honoring the religious and cultural values of our residents. Family involvement is welcome, and loved ones are encouraged to visit often, staying actively engaged in treatment plans.
The Heritage Center is more than a facility; it’s a vibrant community. Residents enjoy Glatt Kosher meals, daily Shiurim, visits from local students, and a variety of engaging programs and activities. Here, recovery happens within a familiar neighborhood and the comfort of community.
